    I usually don’t write reviews however I called Friday afternoon Valentine’s Day and was expecting to be told no. They were so nice and understanding that I’m out of state and didn’t get to call earlier. They sent the flowers to my mom and before 5 and the picture she sent is amazing beautiful.     Recently, two of my dear friends have each lost a special family member, namely a husband and a father. I have retired and moved out of the area but wanted to do something special to let them know I was thinking of them. Nevill’s Flowers was my superhero in creating the most elegant flower arrangement for them. I have used Nevill’s throughout my teaching career in Montoursville. They always used the freshest flowers and make the most creative arrangements. I highly recommend them for your floral needs. Bravo!

    Unfortunately nevils incorrectly made my wedding bouquet 3 times. I provided a photo of what I wanted and the 1st time it was nothing like the photo. I was told I'd have to pay more from already paying for the bouquet since it was incorrectly made. We refused to pay anymore and after 3 times wrong. I took the final product because my wedding was days away. I then remade the bouquet to how it was supposed to be made in the first place. Very disappointed in the service! And it made my wedding week extremely stressful and a lot of driving to get it and correct it myself.

    Brittany, I’m not sure what more we could do to resolve the issue for you. We offered to cancel the silk bouquet order weeks before your wedding and we offered a refund, we remade the bouquet with added colors not in the original photo, we remade a new bouquet once you provided a new photo of a different bouquet, which we previously designed that was over $200, more than the $60 you paid. We sent approval photos the week prior to your wedding and the bouquet was signed for as an approved design. We did everything we could to appease your requests.
