    Arrangement didn't look like the pic I chose on the website, but it was still beautiful. Loved the vase too. I just really wish a pic of it and estimated delivery time could be emailed as well as delivery completed...all the mail and delivery companies do it.. I wish flower delivery companies would too... we're all in the digital age.. using it would be great especially since flower deliveries aren't cheap and most times the sender/ payer isn't there to see it was delivered and how it looks. I do love u had delivery so I could choose a local florist

    I was searching on google to find a florist that could deliver fast ( same day) and remembered Pennypack which is local. Placed my order and they were delivered to our family member in the hospital within hours. She sent us a picture which actually looked like the one we saw online (this actually is rare for a lot of online orders) and they were fresh and beautiful.     Delivery driver was a bit of a hassle to get then delivered. Arrangement was very uninspiring and basic and the roses were not fresh. Do not feel inspired to use this company again.

    Hi Dennis, I'm sorry for your dissapointment. If your roses are not holding up and need to be replaced, please call the store to figure out a solution. Some roses do open quickly, but then maintain the fullness without dying. Sometimes roses are defective and need to be sent back. Call (215) 673 - 8588 when you get a chance. Have a great day!

    Pennypack Flowers is a great shop. The owner, Lisa, is a joy to deal with. If the specific flowers I had ordered are not available, Lisa does a terrific job of replacing them with other flowers that will do the job just as well. I’ve gotten to the point where I can just tell her to substitute whatever she thinks best, because I KNOW the recipient will be happy! I recommend Lisa and Pennypack Flowers to EVERY person who loves to say it with flowers. You won’t be disappointed!

    I chose “ pink lace “ arrangement for the light peaceful colors of the flowers....I was surprised when I saw a pic of the flowers she received from Pennypack.. the flower arrangement looked nothing like the pink lace arrangement.....the one she received was a bright arrangement, total opposite... although it wasn’t the light colored flowers I ordered, the arrangement was BEAUTIFUL !!!

    Placed order for next day shipping. The website told me I had 20 minutes to place order. I took 2 minutes to do so. I was called the following day and told that I did not place the order on time and could not get next day shipping. This was not at all the case. I even checked the time the order was placed online.     Pennypack Flowers is an excellent florist. I use them everytime I need a local florist. On this occasion, the flowers that I ordered were in stock, but they personally did not like the look of them (soft, wilted). They called and asked me to reconsider, at the same price.     Sorry for your disappointment with your service. I do remember your delivery and the reason that your arrangement was not delivered the same day that you ordered was because the order was placed after 12pm which is our cutoff time for same day delivery. We did deliver it the next day but we did forget to add on the chocolates. After talking with you, you said it was okay to deliver the chocolates the next day. So we did deliver the chocolates with a balloon bouquet as well and a note of apology to the recipient explaining our mistake.

    You did not send the same type o flowers. You sent a bunch of ugly hot pink large carnations. In this day and age of smartphones you should know everyone that receives flowers sends a photo to the person that sent them. It makes florists have to do the right thing now or risk not having anyone order from them again.

    Pennypack Flowers is great!! My wedding planner told me about the shop, so I went for a consultation, and picked Pennypack to do my flowers after visiting a few more shops. I now use them for everything! The staff there is great, they know me now b/c they see me so often, its like visiting friends when I stop in or call on the phone. They are very reasonably priced for the quality of arrangements they provide! I have seen prices almost double in different shops especially for wedding bouquets and centerpieces. I changed my mind atleast a dozen times about my centerpieces, and they worked with me each time. They even created a sample for me before the wedding, so I could see exactly what my bouquet and my table toppers would look like. I highly reccomend this shop. If you call, ask for Lisa, she is the best!!
