    I've received 3 or 4 bouquets on separate occasions from Sunnywoods and these are the best flowers I've ever received. The bouquets they made wer gigantic and full, beautiful colors, and the fragrances filled my entire house with the smell of a fresh garden.     The flowers were ordered were extremely different from the photo online. Instead of blue, plum and purple my friend got bright pink and neon green. It also looked bedraggled. I was embarrassed when my friend sent me a photo saying thank you

    Rebecca, We had to make substitutions with the colors during this time of Corona virus. We used pink roses instead of lavender & purple hydrangeas, not blue. When you order online it clearly states substitutions will be made if necessary. We spoke to the recipient & she said she loved the arrangement & that it lasted a very long time.Please let me know if there is anything i can do to please you. Currently we are closed by state mandate and will reopen once we are allowed. I would be happy to do whatever necessary once we reopen to make you happy. Thank you and please stay safe.

    Having just had surgery I just received a beautiful bouquet from a very good friend in England thru your company. Wow. Stunning. Def a florist that pays particular attention to their arrangements and product. You can turn the bouquet 360 and every face could be used as the display front. Most bouquets last 2-3 days.     On the plus side, the flowers were beautiful, delivery was timely, and I especially liked the fact that this florist, unlike another one in the same area, did not tack on a ridiculous almost $20 "service fee" near the end of the online ordering experience. My only mildly negative comment is that the flowers were not close enough to those in the online photo. But all in all, I would recommend Sunnywoods Florist and will probably order again for a special occasion.

    I am very impressed with these flowers, and the customer service. I have gotten my girlfriend at least 10 times, but nothing like these! I am so happy with the arrangements. I picked up in store after delivery issues with coming to my university (university's fault), and the customer service was great. One of the women helped carry my flowers to my car. Sunnywoods Florist was very accommodating, I will definitely be coming back!!

    I used Sunnywood in December of 2016 for the same occasion, the holiday season. They delivered a beautiful centerpiece arrangement, which was for a family member and they were very happy with.     I’m so very sorry you were disappointed.I’m sure we had to make a few substitutions but did our best to keep the overall look. I’m also sure the quality was there because we strive to only send out the highest quality and freshest product. But I understand that it did not meet your expectations and for that I am sorry.
